BREAKING: BlackRock Re-Applies For the Feature In Its Bitcoin Spot ETF That The SEC Never Wanted Before

According to the latest development, BlackRock’s ISHARES Bitcoin ETF product has applied for in-kind refunds.

The SEC had previously pushed for Bitcoin Spot ETFs to only include cash refunds, rejecting applications for in-kind refunds. Tax-advantaged in-kind refunds, if approved, would be positive for the cryptocurrency market.
