Billionaire Michael Saylor’s Strategy Buys 2,932 Bitcoin for $264M

Strategy has added 2,932 BTC for $264M from Jan. 20–25 at $90,061 each lifting holdings to 712,647 BTC. Aggregate purchases have totaled $54.19B at an average $76,037. The buy has been funded by ATM sales of Class A shares and preferred stock. It sold 1.57M shares and issued 70,201 preferred shares.
